10% discount voucher upon purchase of a Hebemann machine

When you purchase a Hebemann machine you will receive a voucher code that entitles you to a 10% discount on the future purchase of another Hebemann machine. This only applies to machines in the same category as the purchased machine.

• Upon purchase of a single machine you will receive an email containing a voucher code.
• When two machines are purchased, the voucher code discount for the first machine is automatically applied (i.e. a 10% discount is applied to the second machine in the shopping basket), so you will not receive an email with a voucher code for the second machine.
• Only applicable to orders completed via our online shop.
• The voucher code is valid one time only, for the future purchase of a machine in the same category (i.e. not on the future purchase of other machines), and is not redeemable for cash or use as a credit.
• Voucher code is valid for one year.
• Voucher code is shown in your own private account area.

Spare parts credit programme with 10% credit

When you purchase items from the spare parts category you will earn a 10% credit that can be used on a future spare parts order. This means, for example, that if you order €250 worth of spare parts you will automatically receive a €25 credit in your account that you can use for a future spare parts order.

• After the purchase of spare parts, 10% of the order amount (for the spare parts only) will be credited to your personal account; an overview is available in your own private account area.
• This can only be used for orders completed via our online shop.
• Your accumulated spare part credit is automatically applied to your next spare parts order, so you do not have to do anything extra to receive this discount.
• The credit is not subject to any expiration date, but if an account is inactive for more than three years it will be closed and the credit will be lost.
• The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used as any other type of credit.
• The credit is non-transferable and can only be applied to an order placed from your own Hebemann account.
