Ordering

Ordering for companies

Hebemann sells machines and spare parts worldwide, exclusively to companies and self-employed persons. When ordering or registering on our site you will be asked to enter your VAT number. All prices shown on the website exclude VAT and shipping costs.

Hebemann products can be ordered directly, through the internet. This makes it possible for you to order directly from the factory. This not only means a better price but also that you have direct contact with Hebemann for information and service.

Easy ordering

Ordering machines and spare parts from Hebemann is done entirely online. We do our best to make this process as easy and convenient for you as possible. The ordering process is arranged so that you simply place an item in your shopping basket and complete a few simple steps to place your order.

To see the prices and order spare parts you must be logged in. Creating an account is quick and easy with our online registration. An added advantage of this is that your company details will then be filled in automatically during the ordering process.

Secure ordering

To ensure reliability and provide you with peace of mind when ordering from Hebemann , all the online communication – from sending your personal details to processing your payment – is conducted over secure connections, encrypted with the SSL protocol.

Placing order

Step 1: select product
Place one or more products in your shopping basket in the online shop. To do so, use the orange shopping basket button beside the product. A message is shown on the screen when a product is added to the shopping basket.

Step 2: shopping basket
You will always find the shopping basket in the top-right corner of the screen. Clicking it, or selecting ‘Order’ from the pull-down menu, will take you to the shopping basket screen. In the shopping basket you can adjust your order, by changing quantities for example.
Then click ‘Complete order’ to continue.

Step 3: Logging in
If you already have a Hebemann account, you can log in here. New customers can register here.

Step 4: Your details
Once you are logged in, you can check your details here and update them if necessary. New Hebemann customers enter the required details here. You also have the option of specifying an alternative delivery address.

Step 5: Shipment
Select the desired delivery method or indicate that you intend to pick up your order yourself. If your order only includes parts, you can also specify that you prefer express shipping.

Step 6: Select payment method
Select your desired payment method.

Step 7: Order review and confirmation
Check your order and details here. Then click the ‘Place order’ button. You are now taken to the payment environment.

Step 8: Confirmation mail
Once you have completed the payment process successfully you will receive a confirmation mail with the details of your order.

Processing your order

We will process your order as soon as we have received your payment. When your order is sent you will receive an email to let you know, a digital invoice for your records and, if applicable, the track & trace details.

Ordering within the EU – intra-Community supply

Hebemann only sells to VAT-liable companies and self-employed persons. The machines and spare parts are shipped from our location in the Czech Republic. This means that our customers within the European Union, with the exception of those in the Czech Republic, are charged the 0% VAT rate.

Orders from outside the EU

Ordering from Hebemann online is possible from just about any country. However, our automated ordering system is currently mainly tailored to European Union countries. If you indicate during the ordering process that you want to place an order from a location outside the EU, you will be directed to an offer request form. Our sales department will then contact you as soon as possible to provide you with a suitable offer.
